Shipping

We ship within the United States only. Shipping is included in your order total — we purchase labels through PirateShip and send tracking as soon as your package is handed to the carrier.

Typical handling: 1–3 business days after payment clears, then carrier transit time.

Returns

Because instruments are hand-built in limited runs, returns are handled case-by-case. Contact us at [email protected] before sending anything back.

Books in resaleable condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund minus outbound shipping if applicable.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Stripe. You'll receive email confirmation when a refund is processed.

Pending orders that haven't shipped may be canceled from your account page or by contacting support.

Every purchase requires a free Rife Systems account so you can view order history, tracking, and receipts — the same account works on Rife AI.
